These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
